GAME DAY: What to expect in Braehead Arena THIS SATURDAY

November 11, 2023

It’s a rivalry game for Glasgow Clan, sponsored by Aspray Glasgow West and it’s going to be a big night as Fife Flyers come to Braehead Arena.

With the game on the verge of selling out at the time of writing, there will be a lot of energy in the room as Tom Coolen brings his team east for the latest Elite League encounter.

As always, there’s plenty of other things going on off the ice, so let’s get you up to speed on what will be happening around the arena.

Remember, very (and we mean very) limited tickets remain available online so make sure you get yours while you can.  Face off at 7:00pm, with doors opening at 5:30pm.

Alternatively, purchase our webcast, bringing you all the action from the game, priced at £12.50 by heading over to ClanIHC.tv.

A Flyers visit

Clan took the points in overtime when the teams met last week in Kirkcaldy while Jason Morgan’s side shut Fife out when they last visited in September, so the Flyers will be keen to take the win from Glasgow.

These games have served up some great moments in the past so, with a massive crowd in attendance, it promises to be quite the contest.

Act of Remembrance

As is tradition at this time of year, we will have our annual Act of Remembrance before the game, including a two-minute silence.

For the first time, representatives from the Royal Navy, British Army and the Royal Air Force – as well as veterans from Erskine – will be on the ice for the ceremony.

We would be grateful if fans be seated before blackout at approximately 6.52pm to respect the ceremony.

Box Office Open

The Braehead Arena box office is open between 3:00pm and 7:00pm, then for an extra 15 minutes at the conclusion of the game and we’re there to accommodate game day buyers due to the cost of living crisis.

However, where possible, fans are asked to continue to purchase tickets online in advance, but any sales at the box office will be at the same price as online sales.
