Just a reminder to the Purple Army, that THIS SUNDAY (4:00pm face-off) is not only the Manchester Storm’s first visit of the 2018/19 season but it will also be our annual ‘Air the Bear’.
This ever popular event is in support of the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity. We are inviting the superb Purple Army to donate a soft toy (or two) who is new, with tags and placed in a carrier bag.
Get ready to ‘Air the Bear’ for the first Clan goal when you’ll be able to see your teddy soaring on to the ice.
Afterwards, our rink staff will gather the teddies, ready to be rehomed around the Glasgow Children’s Hospital when the players’ themselves visit the sick children in the proceeding weeks before Christmas.
