EVENTS: GCA’s + Own & Loan hand back cancelled

THANK YOU: To the Purple Army for all of your fantastic support during the 2019/2020 season.

Following the EIHL’s decision to cancel all remaining 2019/20 fixtures, we would like to advise the Purple Army that the upcoming GCA’s and Own & Loan hand back evening at The Normandy Hotel have been cancelled with immediate effect.

With our fans, players and staff’s well-being at the forefront of our decision making, we are very disappointed to have to cancel these events, however feel it is in the best interests for everyone involved.

GCA’s

For anyone that has purchased a GCA ticket via the Clan online shop, you will shortly be provided with a full refund via the method you used to make the payment (i.e. Stripe or Paypal). For anyone that purchased a GCA ticket via the OSC desk on a game night, please email events.clanosc@gmail.com and the OSC events team will organise to make a refund into your bank account.

OWN & LOAN HANDBACK

Due to uncertainty over player availability, there will be no replacement for the Own & Loan hand-back evening. All 2019/20 Own & Loan jerseys will be available to collect at the end of season Equipment Sale which will be confirmed in the near future.

We would like to thank our fantastic Own & Loaners for all your support during the 2019/20 season.

We are obviously very disappointed to have to take these steps and hope that everyone will empathise with unprecedented circumstances we all find ourselves in.
