We were delighted to welcome Canadian rock band Monster Truck to Braehead Arena on Monday.
Monster Truck who are from Hamilton, Ontario, took time out from their busy schedule touring with Nickelback, to take to the ice with Clan players Jay Rosehill, Bari McKenzie and Craig Peacock.
The band are known for their ‘Enforcer’ track which has been used in the opening montage for Hockey Night in Canada (which can be watched below).
The club presented Jeremy, Jon, Steve and Brandon with their own personalised Clan jerseys, which have been worn this Monday at the Hyrdo in Glasgow.
You can see Monster Truck take on the Clan players in a penalty shoot out, in this week’s Clan Show.
Clan Hockey & Operations Director Gareth Chalmers commented: “We’d like to thank Monster Truck and their management for taking time out from their busy schedule to come and visit us at Braehead.
“When we found out that Monster Truck were coming to Glasgow, we reached out and invited them to become honorary members of the Purple Army.”
