We know life can sometimes get in the way of hockey nights, which is why we’re offering our Season Ticket Holders the chance to take advantage of the Season Ticket Buyback Scheme.
If you’re unable to attend a Glasgow Clan home game that’s part of your season ticket package, you can submit a buyback request. In return, you’ll receive your choice of:
- A Clan merchandise voucher
- A ticket voucher for a future game
- A webcast voucher
This gives you flexibility while ensuring your seat is made available for other Clan fans to enjoy.
Important Information
- Season Ticket Holders are entitled to 2 buybacks per season (not including any initiated directly by the club).
- Buybacks are only available for Elite League regular season home games. Pre-season and Challenge Cup fixtures are excluded.
- You can only select from the games currently on sale at the time of your request.
- Requests must be submitted via the official Buyback Request Form.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted, and a member of the Clan team will be in touch within 72 hours (excluding weekends).
Please note: Emailing the club directly will not speed up the process.
How to Submit a Buyback Request
- Complete the Buyback Request Form.
- Provide your name, seat details (block, row, seat number), and the email address linked to your Season Ticket.
- Select the game you can’t attend.
- Choose your preferred buyback option (merch voucher, ticket voucher, webcast).
- Submit your request and wait for your confirmation email.
