The intu Braehead Clan are delighted to announce the launch of Clan Crew, in recognition of the superb group of volunteers that assist the club in it’s day to day operations.
Last Friday at the Normandy Hotel in Renfrew, members of the newly formed ‘Clan Crew’ came together with Clan management and staff to launch the 2016/17 season.
Members of the Crew will be receiving discounted season tickets, special softshell jackets, a polo shirt and a Clan Crew card giving them discounts for club merchandise and with club sponsors/partners.
Clan Hockey & Operations Director Gareth Chalmers commented: “Like any other hockey club we rely heavily on hours of hard work volunteers put into our organisation, from selling 50/50 tickets to working on the penalty bench on game nights.
“These people have been integral part in the growth to date and continued growth of the Clan. To show our appreciation we decided to launch Clan Crew this year and provide them with added benefits for all the hard work they do for us on a day to day basis.
“Many Clan fans will see these people around Braehead Arena on game nights and know very little about what they do, so the concept of Clan Crew is to highlight the huge appreciation we have for each and everyone of them.”
