Yes. When you login into the ticket portal, you can deselect any seats you do not wish to renew.

Yes. When you login, deselect your seat and you will be shown available seats around the arena. You can select a new seat as normal.

Season ticket cards are £10 per ticket and can be purchased through the link in your confirmation email after completing your renewal.

Yes. However, your ticket must be used by someone in the same category (e.g., student to student). Otherwise entry may be refused. On a game night, a friend or family member in a different category can use your season ticket, however, they will need to pay any monetary difference.

Yes. If you are a Child, Student, or Senior, you must provide valid ID showing you meet the age or status requirements.

Child – 16-years-old and under as at 31/08/2026.
Children under the age of 3 as at 31/08/2025 do not require a season ticket, as long as they can sit on a parent or guardian’s knee.
Teen – Aged 17-years-old to 19-years-old years as at 31/08/2026.
Senior Tickets – Over 65 as at 31/08/2026

Yes. We do require the necessary documentation to prove eligibility. You can find more information on providing this here. When providing your documentation, our ticketing team will discuss your companion ticket options.

Yes. Payment plans are available. You can pay in 8 monthly instalments via direct debit. Payments will be taken from 1st June 2026 and will end on January 1st 2027. There will be a £10 per ticket admin fee.

The current owner of the ticket must renew their own ticket. Not the person who initially bought the ticket.

If you miss two months payments, we will cancel your season ticket and you will not be refunded for any monies already paid.

No. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Yes. You must sit in your allocated seat for every game.

The club reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke your ticket for behaviour considered damaging, injurious, or a nuisance. No discrimination or abuse of staff, players, officials, or fans is tolerated.

No. In line with Braehead Arena terms, outside food and drink are prohibited.

Yes. We offer accessible season tickets along with 1 complimentary essential companion ticket per person. Please note, your essential company will be responsible for you in an emergency.

No. There will be no Challenge Cup bundles in the 2026/27 Season. League Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase their Season Ticket seat via a priority window.
