Terms & Conditions: Tickets
Braehead Arena may apply a fee in addition to the Ticket Price to cover the costs associated with processing and issuing of Tickets purchased. In case the Match is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The holder cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on facility fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
Changes to Date, Arena and Cancelations.
Please note that dates, times and in some cases, the location of all Matches are subject to alteration and change.
Matches may be delayed, rescheduled, interrupted, or cancelled. If a home match is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Braehead Arena have the sole and absolute right to:
· i) reschedule/set an alternative date, or
· ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
· iii) not issue any refunds.
Braehead Arena reserve the right to also make reasonable alterations or changes to the match night programme, staging or seating of the arena, without being obliged to refund tickets. But will, where possible notify you of any such changes.
Please note we do not accept ticket cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
Charges – all ticket sales incur a 10% booking fee and a £1.50 Facility Fee per ticket, with exception to Season Tickets & Highland Ice Games which incur a £1.50 facility fee only.
No refunds available for any unused tickets.
In the event that duplicate copies appear, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders. Event date and time is subject to change without notice
Refund for loss of ticket
After purchase the holder of this ticket is responsible for its care. Braehead Arena do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of the ticket.
Exclusion of Liability
Braehead Arena do not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue.
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying children when you are at the Arena.
You accept the risks and dangers of attending these matches. Please keep any eye on the puck at all times.
Standing
Braehead Arena is a seated Arena and therefore all customers are expected to remain seated during events, customers blocking walkways or fire escapes will be requested to take to their seats. During ice hockey games customers must limit movement during play to prevent injury to yourself or others, should this be unavoidable you will be able to stand on the concourse until the next stop in play. Customers must remain seated until the final buzzer unless leaving the Arena.Changes
Braehead Arena reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions of Entry. All changes will be notified to you by being displayed on the Glasgow Clan or Braehead Arena Website. Fans are expected to adhere to the latest home venue health & safety guidelines (e.g. any social distancing measures or the wearing of face coverings).Age Limits
All children under 14 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult throughout their visit to the Arena.
Intoxication levels
Customers wishing to enter the Arena under the influence of alcohol / drugs will be refused entry.
Customers who become intoxicated during an event will be requested to leave the venue.
Customers refused entry or ejected from the Arena are not entitled to a refund of any form.
Clansman Lounge (Hospitality)
Tickets are available to purchase for the 2024/25 Season they are add-ons and entry can only be gained to the game with a valid game ticket, without this entry will be refused.
Your tickets are valid for one game only, which is the game you picked at checkout.
You will gain access to the lounge 90 minutes before face-off time, food & drinks will be served free of charge before face-off only and only in the Hospitality lounge. During period breaks & post game you can enter the Hospitality Lounge, for a pay bar.
Terms & Conditions
- Season Tickets are based on 27 regular season (Elite Ice Hockey League) at our home venue.
- Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club.
- The club reserve the right to deny any season ticket holder entry to the home venue.
- The club reserve the right to revoke a season ticket at any time.
- Child / Junior – 16-years-old and under as at 31/08/2024.
- Children under the age of 3 as at 31/08/2024 do not require a season ticket, as long as they can sit on a parent or guardian’s knee.
- Teen – Aged 17-years-old to 19-years-old years as at 31/08/2024.
- Senior Tickets – Over 65 as at 31/08/2024
- All discounted tickets will be asked for ID at time of purchasing your Season Ticket, you may also be asked for ID on entry to the home venue.
- A one off facility fee of £1.50 will be applied to the cost of your season ticket. Please note this is in addition to the cost of your Season Ticket and not included in the cost.
- Unless you select a printed card, you will need to download your tickets to our app and scan in for each game. Both options are free. Information on how to download the app will be e-mailed after purchase.
- Season Tickets will be transferable on the app for free, as long as they are used by someone in the same category, or the difference is paid to change the type of ticket.
- If you transfer your season ticket via the app, your barcode on the app becomes invalid. This includes after the recipients sends the ticket back to you. Therefore you should only transfer on the app if you intend to use the app going forward. If you send via the app and then wish to use a Season Ticket card, you will need to order one by contacting us and paying £25 for a replacement card.
- There will be a £25 replacement fee for lost/stolen cards.
- Please note we do not accept season ticket cancellations under any circumstances, once the seat has been allocated and accepted. You will be liable for the full cost of the season ticket.
- Please note we do not provide refunds on season tickets in any circumstance, you are liable for the full cost of the season ticket.
- Please note there will be a £35 fee to transfer/reallocate season ticket seats once they have been confirmed and accepted.
- A £10 charge (per season ticket) will apply for reprinting lost season tickets on a game night. However, if they have been stolen we ask that you provide a crime reference number so that we can waive those charges. Alternatively you can download the app and your Season Tickets will be there for use.
- In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that the Glasgow Clan have the right to:* – Offer ticketing promotions during the course of the season, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket. Remove any section of seating from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty. Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
- Food and beverages must be obtained from the home venue.
- Recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the home venue.
- Keep your eye on the pucks at all times when in the home venue.
- Access to all levels is via a number of steps. Customers suffering from vertigo are advised that seating within the upper tier may be considered inappropriate.
- Ticket holders can only enter once per game, you can not leave and then re-enter
- Ticket holders will have bags searched at every game.
- Due to new laws coming into force, random person searches will be conducted at all future games by fully trained security.
- Food can not be brought into the Arena. If you have special dietary requirements contact us in advance of the season – tickets@clanihc.com.

- You can download the app to access your season tickets here on to your mobile device. Current customers can use the ‘Forgot Credentials’ option on the App to reset their password.
- Early bird prices expire on 30th June 2024 at 17.00, after this time full prices will be payable
- The deadline for renewals is 31st July 2024. After that date any seats not renewed will be released for general sale.
- Customers have the choice to add on the Challenge Cup games to their Season tickets, this ensures your Season Ticket is valid for all 6 group stage home challenge cup games, if you are paying for your Season Ticket by Direct Debit you will pay for the Challenge Cup games by Direct Debit too. This works out at an extra £5 per month per child / teen season ticket or £10 per month extra per adult (incl Disabled, Senior, Student) season season ticket
- All Direct Debit payments will be taken on 1st of the month or the next working day
- Direct Debit payments that fail, will result in £10 charge per failed Direct Debit. This will be payable by debit or credit card.
- Direct Debits cancelled by the customer will result in your Season Ticket being cancelled. Reinstatement will result in a £10 charge. This will be payable by debit or credit card.
