Event-specific Terms
Terms & Conditions may vary per event. Any event-specific terms are available on our ticketing page at checkout.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a ticket for Braehead Arena, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Entry.

“You” refers to the ticket purchaser/holder.
“We/Us” refers to Glasgow Native Ventures Ltd, trading as Braehead Arena.
Tickets may only be purchased via Braehead Arena or its authorised agents.

By purchasing tickets, you confirm your personal information is accurate and consent to its use in line with our Privacy Policy.

2. Ticket Entry

A valid ticket grants entry only for the event printed on it.
Each ticket permits one entry only and must be validated at security scanners.
You may be asked to show valid photo ID to confirm ticket details or category.
Keep your ticket available for inspection at all times.
Entry may involve searches of your person and belongings.
Admission is not guaranteed after the event begins.
We may refuse entry or remove anyone for safety, disruptive behaviour, or breach of these terms.
Recording equipment is not permitted.
Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.

3. Ticket Sale Conditions

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Unauthorised resale is prohibited. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers are void.
Additional processing fees may apply at purchase.
If an event is cancelled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded (no fees).
Changes to event dates, times, or seating may occur. Refunds are not guaranteed unless the event is cancelled in full.
Duplicate tickets may result in refused entry.

4. Children & Seating

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Braehead Arena is a seated venue. Guests must remain seated during events and avoid blocking aisles or exits.
During ice hockey games, limit movement during play for safety reasons. If necessary, wait on the concourse until play stops.

5. Behaviour & Safety

Football colours are not permitted.
Only food and drink purchased inside the arena may be consumed.
All attendees must follow instructions from management, stewards, and police.
Health & safety rules (e.g. face coverings, distancing) must be followed.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Braehead Arena accepts no liability for personal or financial loss, damage, or injury.
Guests consent to reasonable security checks and acknowledge that photos/videos may be taken for promotional use.

6. Right of Admission

Braehead Arena and the Glasgow Clan reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who:

Cannot produce a valid ticket or accreditation.
Breaches venue rules or safety instructions.
Acts in a dangerous, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive manner.
Possesses prohibited items (e.g. alcohol, drugs, weapons, flares, pyrotechnics).
Appears intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.

Decisions made by arena management are final. No refunds will be given to anyone refused entry or removed.

7. Liability & Risk

Attendance is at your own risk.
Keep watch for pucks or other objects during ice hockey games.
Braehead Arena is not liable for lost or stolen property.

8. Accessibility & Safety Notes

Access to seating involves stairs; upper tier seating may not be suitable for those with vertigo.
Guests must remain seated until the end of an event unless leaving early.

9. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may change. The latest version is always available on the Braehead Arena website or authorised ticketing partners.

10. Marketing Consent

By agreeing to receive updates, you allow Braehead Arena, Glasgow Clan, Braehead Ice Centre and Glasgow Native Ventures Ltd, and approved partners to contact you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
