STATEMENT: Agreement reached for Braehead Arena
The Glasgow Clan, sponsored by , are delighted to announce that following months of highly complex negotiations, an agreement has been reached relating to the future of Braehead Arena.
The agreement now allows for the recommissioning of the ice plant to get underway and ensure that ice is available as soon as possible for the Glasgow Clan, Paisley Pirates and all other ice users.
Supporters will have noticed that the majority of our 2021/22 roster is already in Scotland, with the remaining players joining us in the next 48 hours, ready to start training camp in Dumfries and Auchenharvie next week.
It’s now twenty months since we played our last home game and we are tremendously excited about being back in our home venue and playing in front of the Purple Army once again.
