Glasgow Clan are delighted to announce that Canadian defenceman Travis Ehrhardt will return to the club for a second successive season.

The 30-year-old blue-liner featured heavily in the 2018/19 campaign, with 10 goals and 38 assists in 67 games for the Clan.

The Alberta native has previously iced in the AHL, ECHL, Liiga, NLA, VHL and the GET Ligaen before being brought to the club by Pete Russell last season.

Current Clan Head Coach Zack Fitzgerald is delighted to bring back his former team-mate:

It was an easy decision to re-sign Travis.” confirmed Fitzgerald.

He was a huge part of our defence last year and played big minutes.

He can play all scenarios for us, log a heavy workload and put up points. He is a well-rounded player.

He adds great experience to our defence and we are thrilled to have him back.”

Travis will again wear #2 during the upcoming season.

Travis becomes the Clan’s nineteenth player for 2019/20, following confirmation that Patrick Killeen, Matt Pufahl, Matt Beca, Rasmus Bjerrum, Jack Musil, Craig Peacock, Scott Pitt, Scott Tanski, Craig Moore, Linden Springer, Jordan Heywood, Jordan McLaughlin, Mikael Lidhammar, Nolan LaPorte, Mathieu Roy, Gary Russell, Mac Howlett and Matt Stanisz having already put pen to paper.
