The Braehead Clan are delighted to announce the signing of American defenceman Harry Quast for the remainder of the 2016/17 season.
The 25-year-old joins the Clan from the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL, where he finished last season.
Quast is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he spent four season’s with the NCAA Division 1 organisation.
Clan Head Coach Ryan Finnerty commented: “We’ve been looking for a big puck moving defenceman for sometime, and we believe we’ve found him in Harry.
“I spoke to Jamie Fritsch at length about Harry and he has highly recommended him. He is a young kid, hungry to do well, skates well and provides us with extra size on the blueline.”
Quast will wear #7.
See Harry Quast in action THIS SATURDAY when the Dundee Stars visit Braehead Arena (7:00pm face-off). Tickets are available NOW via TICKETMASTER, by calling 0844 499 1700 or direct at the Braehead Arena box office.
