SEASON TICKETS: Update on 2016/17 applications

The Clan ticketing team would like to thank the Purple Army for the record breaking number of applications received this season. We would also like to take this opportunity to update the Clan fans on the current status of processing.

We are now almost a third of the way through processing all of the card payments and confirming seats for next season, so do not be alarmed if you have yet to hear from us. We are working on a block-by-block basis with priority given to renewals; however some new applications have been slotted in where it was easy to do so. If new applications or moving renewals are unable to get their first or second choice seats, we have been contacting where appropriate and discussing this with the applicant. Obviously if you are a renewal and are not moving seat, then the seat will be yours again this season assuming you have applied.

We anticipate the vast majority of payments and seat confirmations to be completed within the next month, so if you are waiting on this please keep an eye on your e-mail accounts. We have had over 100 e-mails from people asking for their details to be confirmed and although we are delighted to do this, we have not yet had a single application that was missing. If you are concerned about us not having your details, we would appreciate your patience in waiting until the processing has been completed in the next month – we will put out a statement when the process is complete.

Once you receive an e-mail with your seat numbers, payment will usually be taken within the next 48 hours, however we have seen this take up to 5 days depending on the card and account.

We are also working at the moment to confirm the promotions and discounts that having a Clan season ticket will provide, and will release this information in due time.

Please also keep an eye on the Clan social media and website for details on when to pick up your season ticket card, though this will not be for some months yet.
