Russell is a highly experienced executive in the sports and events industry. He most recently led the development and launch of Golf It!, The R&A’s inaugural golf and family entertainment venue. Prior to that, he held the role of Executive Director at both Doncaster Racecourse & Exhibition Centre and Bath Racecourse. Over the course of his career, Russell has also held senior leadership positions at Hibernian Football Club and Scottish Rugby Union, demonstrating a strong track record across a diverse range of sporting organisations.
