NEWS: OSC delight over fabulous Fun Day
Fans of Glasgow Clan, sponsored by Aspray Glasgow West and members of the Clan Official Supporters’ Club came together to enjoy an excellent Family Fun Day at Braehead Arena on Sunday.
With the season just a few weeks away, it was a chance for everyone to meet up as the OSC put on a great day of fun, games and face paint.
Clan players Jordan Buesa and Craig Peacock, who was presented with an honourary OSC membership, joined in the fun along with Clangus who was the target in a special kids only Chuck A Puck contest.
The fans came in their numbers as the event, held in the bowl of Braehead Arena for the first time, proved to be very popular.

With face painting, bouncy castles, stalls and a Beat the Goalie contest, there was something for everyone as families escaped the hot weather to enjoy what was on offer.
OSC chairman Roddie Brown admits he was blown away by the numbers who took the time to come along as he reflected on a hugely successful day.
“It was an excellent afternoon and seeing the amount of people coming through the doors was overwhelming,” he said.
“Events like this are always massively popular and the feedback we had was very positive so I hope everyone enjoyed themselves who made it along.

“I want to thank the committee and everyone who took the time to organise the event. Their hard work was evident and a huge part of its success.
“I also want to thank those kind enough to donate tombola prizes, Craig Peacock and Jordan Buesa for coming along too as well as Glasgow Clan for their support and the use of Braehead Arena.
“Of course, I have to thank Clangus for being a great sport and being involved our fantastic day and again showed why he’s the best mascot in the league.
“We can’t wait for the season to begin now and it was great to see so many familiar faces before we start again in a few weeks time.”
