NEWS: Clan team enjoy team meal in Glasgow

The Glasgow Clan, sponsored by , enjoyed their first group get together over the weekend.

All the players and head coach Malcolm Cameron, along with their partners and families, enjoyed a meal at in George Square over the weekend after the non-homegrown players jetted in through the course of last week.

It was a first chance for everyone to get together and get to know each other as preparations now firmly turn to the beginning of the new season.

Gerry McLaughlin, Clan’s Head of Business Development, showed his appreciation to the staff and management at Doppio Malto as he welcomed them on board as new sponsors of the Clan as well.

“It was a great night for everyone and on behalf of Glasgow Clan, I want to extend my thanks for their service and hospitality,” he said.

“The players and the team bonded really well as we look forward to the new season and was a positive step as the hard work begins.

“It’s a great venue in the heart of Glasgow and we were well looked after by everyone.”
