If you’re a Glasgow Clan Season Ticket holder and have questions about the Challenge Cup Add-On, here’s everything you need to know:

1. How do I know if I’ve purchased the Challenge Cup Add-On?
If you’re unsure, please check your original season ticket confirmation email from Future Ticketing. This email will confirm whether you added the Challenge Cup option. If you purchased the add-on separately, there should be an email in your inbox confirming this.

2. If I have purchased the Challenge Cup Add-On, do I need to book my seat for games?
No further action is required! Your seat is automatically secured for all Challenge Cup games.

3. If I didn’t purchase the Challenge Cup Add-On, do I need to buy a ticket?
Yes, you’ll need to purchase a ticket for Challenge Cup games. As a Season Ticket holder without the Add-On, your usual seat will be reserved for you to purchase on our website via a separate link. We’ll announce the deadline for Season Ticket holders on our social media channels and website. After this deadline, any unsold seats will be released for general sale, and your usual seat will no longer be guaranteed.
