General

  • After purchasing my season ticket, can I move seats?
    • No. Once you have completed your season ticket purchase, you cannot move your seat.
  • What are the criteria for each ticket type?
Adult 20 – 64 years old As of 1st August 2025 
Senior 65+ years old As of 1st August 2025 
Teen 17-19 years old As of 1st August 2025 
Student Must be a full time student & provide a valid student ID  
Child 3-16 years old As of 1st August 2025 
Disabled Must provide supporting documents  
  • Can I get a physical card?
    • Yes. For an additional £5, supporters can receive a physical season ticket card. This will be available for collection before the start of the 2025/26 Season.
    • Those who do not opt for a season ticket card will be able to access their Season Ticket on the Future Ticketing app. This will not be available until closer to the start of the season.
  • Is my Season Ticket transferrable?
    • Yes. However, the ticket must be used by someone in the same category or entry may be refused.
  • Can I purchase the Challenge Cup Bundle at the same time as my Season Ticket?
    • No, the Challenge Cup bundle is not available for purchase at the moment. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.

Season Ticket Renewals

  • How long will my 2024/25 season ticket seat be held for?
    • Season 2024/25 seats will be held until 23rd May 2025. After this date, unsecured seats will be released for general sale.
  • Can I move my season ticket seat?
    • Yes. After logging in, your seat will automatically be selected. Simply click your seat to deselect it and choose another available seat.
  • Can I remove seats from my order?
    • Yes. After logging in, click your seat to deselect it. Continue your order as normal.

Accessibility Tickets

  • Can I purchase a disabled/ambulant seat online?
    • Yes. However, supports who need a wheelchair bay or ambulant seating must contact the club on 0141 465 0101 to purchase.
  • Will I have to provide evidence to purchase these seats?
    • Yes. You will be asked to upload accreditation at the checkout. This is to ensure those who require these seats the most don’t miss out.
  • Can I get a carers/companion ticket?
    • Yes. To purchase a companion ticket, please contact the club at tickets@clanihc.com. Please note: Your companion MUST purchase the seat next to you, as an essential companion ticket is given on the understanding that they will assist you in an emergency.

Direct Debits

  • When does the direct debit come out of my account?
    • Direct debit payments will be taken on the 1st of each month (if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday, this will move to the next working day) starting on 1 June 2025 and ending on 1st January 2026.
  • Is there a fee or interest attached to my monthly repayments?
    • There is a one off £10 fee when purchasing your ticket via direct debit. There is no interest or additional fees after this payment.
  • What happens if I miss a payment?
    • Missed payments will incur a £10 late fee. If you miss 3 payments, your season ticket will be terminated and become invalid. Season Tickets cancelled due to missed payments will not be refunded.
