GAME DAY: What’s happening THIS SATURDAY at Braehead Arena

November 30, 2024

It’s one down and one to go in the home double header and spirits are high after the Friday night win over Belfast Giants, but attention now turns to the Challenge Cup when Fife Flyers are in the building.

Scottish rivalries always have a little edge and tonight will be no different as Flyers look to upset the Purple Army and plunder two points in the process.

We’ll concentrate on what you can expect to find around the arena as we continue our Glasvegas themed weekend.

In the meantime, tickets for the game remain available so get them now from the Clan websiteFace off is at 7:00pm, with doors opening at 5:30pm.

Alternatively, if you can’t be here, purchase our webcast, bringing you all the action from the game, priced at £15 by heading over to ClanIHC.tv.

Flyers conclude cup business

The group phase of the Challenge Cup concludes for both teams with this game tonight and while matters have been settled in terms of qualification, getting the points is the main objective.

Clan are looking to complete a four-point weekend after Friday’s win over the Giants, but for Fife, a victory is much needed as they are the realm of only one win in 16.

It’s often said the formbook goes out the window when it comes to a rivalry game and that may be the case and Flyers coach Tom Coolen will be driving home the message that a win is a must for them.

Viva Las Glas-Vegas!

Our most dazzling weekend of the season continues into a second day and the bright lights burn brightly at our Glasvegas weekend.  You can expect more fun, more frolics as we capture energy of the famous city in Nevada in our little pocket of Glasgow.

We’ve got a croupier with a roulette table, music, a fun photobooth and prizes – from merch vouchers to hospitality – to look out for.  All you need to know can be found on this article on the Clan website.
