FAN SURVEY: The Elite League want to hear from you

In cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the Viaplay Elite League is delighted to announce its first-ever Fan Survey.

We want your feedback on a whole range of topics connected to supporting your team in the EIHL and could win tickets to a future Clan game as part of a prize draw if you complete the survey.

We’re reaching out to hear your views on the different EIHL competitions, the gameday experiences in your team’s arenas, and to find out how you interact with your team, the league and its partners.

You, the fans are the lifeblood of our league. Since the pandemic ended, you’ve come out in huge numbers to support your teams which we can see with increased attendances across the board this season.

We feel like now is the right time to see where you feel we are as clubs and a league, as well as finding out more about you to help us improve our offering to both new fans and potential sponsors.

The survey can be completed online and comprises several detailed sections. We estimate that it will take between 7-10 minutes to complete.

While this might seem long, we hope you appreciate us giving you the chance to feedback to us across a wide variety of topics. It’s perfect for filling out in the period breaks.

What’s in it for you

As a thank you for taking part, USA Sports is offering everyone a 25% discount code. This will be displayed after you have submitted the survey.

Additionally, those who are happy to give their email addresses will be entered into a draw to win prizes: five pairs of tickets for the 2023 Playoff Finals Weekend (or 2024 if you’d like to carry them forward) are on offer, plus five sets of £25 gift vouchers for USA Sports.

You can also be entered into a draw to win up to FOUR tickets for a future Clan game as well.

Prize winners will be drawn after the survey has closed on 26 March 2023.

How the data you submit will be used

The Elite League is engaging PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to conduct and analyse the results of the Fan Survey.

They will produce a breakdown of the results for the EIHL as a whole and individually for each team based on who you choose as the team you watch most often.

The Elite League will share an overview of the key results from the survey online.

Important: if you submit your email address to be entered into any prize draws, the Elite League will not see your answers and email address together and neither will any teams.

These will be separated by PwC before the raw data is presented and given to the Elite League, or your email address is provided for prize draws.

The answers you give to the questions in the survey will remain entirely anonymous.

Email addresses are only being collected to participate in the prize draw, or for further marketing communications, if you give permission to be included in those.

If you agree to opt in to further marketing communications, this will be confirmed to the email address provided when the survey has closed on 26 March 2023. This email will contain the option to opt out of such communications, or you may also do so at any future time.
