Clangus Takes Centre Ice with Special Warm-Up Jersey for Clangus Game
The Glasgow Clan are proud to reveal a brand-new Mac Tiling sponsored warm-up jersey designed especially for the Clangus Game, taking place on Friday 23rd January when the Clan welcome the Coventry Blaze to Braehead Arena.
This year’s design is extra special, as the creative reins were handed over to none other than our off-ice legend himself — Clangus the Coo. Arguably the best mascot in the league, Clangus has put his own stamp on this one-off warm-up jersey, making it a fitting tribute to the character who brings energy, laughter and heart to every Clan game night.
The jerseys will be worn by the full Clan roster during warm-up before being made available to win via the Shirt Off The Back draw. With 20+ chances to win, fans can get their hands on a game-worn jersey from across the full team, with additional blood jerseys also included. Tickets cost £1 each and will be available to purchase in the foyer, with winning numbers announced during the third period.
On the ice, the Clan will be focused on business against the Coventry Blaze, looking to even the score in the season series and deliver a strong performance in front of the Purple Army.
Off the ice, the Clangus Game promises all the fun fans have come to expect. Clangus will be out in force throughout the night, available for selfies and autographs, getting involved in dance competitions, and — of course — leading the ever-popular Chuck-A-Puck.
With a unique jersey reveal, big prizes, and a crucial match-up against Coventry, the Clangus Game is set to be another unforgettable night at Braehead Arena.
