Clan Fans Hand Over the Jerseys at Own & Loan Event
Glasgow Clan supporters gathered in the foyer of Braehead Arena on Wednesday 10th September 2025 for the first Own & Loan handover event of the season.
This special evening marked the start of the 2025/26 campaign, as fans who purchased a player’s jersey through the popular Own & Loan scheme personally handed it over to their chosen player. Each jersey will now be worn throughout the season before being returned to its owner at the second handover event at the end of the campaign.
The foyer was filled with excitement as players and supporters came together to celebrate the beginning of a new season. For many fans, this event offers a unique and personal connection to the team, while for the players, it’s a reminder of the passionate backing they’ll carry with them on the ice.
This is the first of two Own & Loan gatherings during the season — one at the start, symbolising the journey ahead, and one at the end, when the jerseys are officially handed back to the fans as treasured keepsakes.
