Clan Add Canadian Forward Tristin Langan to 2025/26 Roster
The Glasgow Clan are excited to announce the signing of Canadian forward Tristin Langan for the 2025/26 Elite Ice Hockey League season.
The 6ft centre/left winger joins the Clan from Stavanger Oilers of Norway’s EHL, bringing with him a versatile skill set and strong two-way game. Langan has proven himself as a reliable face-off man, a consistent scorer, and a relentless competitor — qualities that will complement the Clan roster as preparations continue for the new season.
Head Coach Corey Neilson explained why he was eager to secure the forward:
Tristin is one of those players where it didn’t take me a lot of time to know I wanted him. He can score, has a positive face-off percentage, and is a competitor. I really liked his video immediately. He also has a great connection with Brayden Burke, as they have played on the same line in the past.
Langan himself is thrilled to be heading to Braehead Arena this season and spoke about his excitement to get started:
I’m excited to meet the team! I look forward to getting to play in front of the fans, and compete for a championship in Glasgow. I have been told from others that Glasgow is a great place to play.
Langan will wear #23 and looks to join the team ahead of the club’s pre-season fixtures, beginning on Friday 22nd August against Herlev Eagles at Braehead Arena.
