BUYBACK: Next Steps

Thank you to all our season ticket holders who have taken part in the buyback scheme for our Boxing Day game against the Belfast Giants. Your participation helps us ensure as many fans as possible can enjoy the thrilling atmosphere at Braehead Arena, and we’re grateful for your support!

For those who have submitted their seat for buyback, here’s what happens next:

Confirmation Email

Once your seat and chosen buyback option have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the Glasgow Clan. This email will confirm that your seat has been released.

Merch Vouchers

If you opted for a £10 merchandise voucher, you will receive an email from the Clan Shop. This email will inform you that your voucher will be available to collect at the merchandise counter at a specific game.

Ticket Vouchers

If you selected a £10 ticket voucher, this will be processed and sent to the email address associated with your season ticket seat. Keep an eye on your inbox for this.

Free Webcast

If you chose the free webcast option, this will be applied directly to a ClanTV account registered to the email address associated with your season ticket.

• If your current ClanTV account uses a different email address, a new account will be created for you using the email address associated with your season ticket.
• This will not affect any other ClanTV accounts you might hold.
• You will not receive a separate voucher or link for the webcast; it will be added directly to the account.

Important Note: In the future, all free webcast requests through buyback schemes will be automatically applied to the ClanTV account registered to the email address associated with your season ticket.

Free webcast streams are only applicable for the game on the date of the buyback.
