OSC: A Guide to Booking Travel with the OSC
Are you ready to hit the road and support the Glasgow Clan at their away games? The Official Supporters Club (OSC) is here to make your travel arrangements as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’re a seasoned traveller or planning your first trip with The OSC, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to book your travel and ensure a hassle-free experience.
Booking Your Trip: The Essentials
When you’re ready to book your travel with the OSC, it’s important to provide all the necessary information to avoid any delays or issues. Here’s what you need to include in your email when booking:
- Names of Each Individual Travelling
- Please list the full names of each person who will be travelling. This helps The OSC keep track of who’s on board and ensures everyone has a confirmed seat.
- OSC Membership Status
- For each traveller, specify whether they are an OSC member or non-member. If they are a member, indicate the type of membership they hold: adult, concession, or child. This information is crucial for ticketing and pricing purposes.
- Pick Up Point
- For most trips, the pick-up point will be at SOAR. However, for trips to Belfast, there is also an option to be picked up in Ayr. Please specify your pick-up location when booking. Also, ensure you arrive at your pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time advised.
- Important Reminder
- It is your responsibility to bring the relevant ID that matches your ticket type when attending the arena. This ensures that your ticket is valid and you can gain entry without any issues.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Payment Deadlines:
- Payment for your trip must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled departure date. However, for trips to Belfast, payment must be made two weeks prior.
- Non-Transferable Seats:
- Please note that all seats are non-transferable. Once you’ve booked and paid for your seat, it is reserved specifically for you.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel your trip, please do so via email at least one week prior to the departure date. If you cancel after this date, full payment will still be required. This policy helps The OSC manage bookings effectively and accommodate all travellers.
- No Ticket-Only Option:
- Please note that we do not offer a ticket-only option. All bookings must include travel with the OSC.

For ease of processing and to avoid any confusion, we kindly ask that you send a separate email for each trip you wish to book. This helps The OSC manage bookings more efficiently and ensures that your information is recorded accurately for each trip.
