UPDATE: An update on replica and authentic jerseys

The Glasgow Clan, sponsored by Aspray Glasgow West, would like to provide an update on the situation regarding jersey orders.

We understand the frustration over the delay in shipment of our replica and authentic jerseys which fans have ordered online and apologise that a number of orders have now exceeded the 6 week expectation period.

The Clan have been facing issues with customs due to new regulations in place for shipments entering the UK from the European Union which has affected the supply of our jerseys. In addition to this, with orders being placed over the festive period, there has been a backlog in packages clearing customs.

We are in constant contact with both customers and Warrior to resolve this issue and are doing everything we can to get jersey orders out to get these jerseys out to fans as soon as possible.

We will be in contact when the jerseys are received by the club, and you will be given an option to have your order posted out to you or you can also opt to collect your jersey from a pop up shop which we will organise when jerseys arrive.

Your patience so far during this period is greatly appreciated and we ask for your continued support whilst we resolve this issue.
