TICKETS: Refunds for Dundee, Cardiff & Nottingham home games

Following the EIHL’s decision to cancel all remaining 2019/20 fixtures, we would like to advise the Purple Army & all travelling fans on the ticket refund process (excluding 2019/20 season tickets) for our remaining 3 homes games.

The Clan were set to play the Dundee Stars on Wednesday 18th March, the Cardiff Devils on Wednesday 25th March and the Nottingham Panthers on Sunday 29th March at Braehead Arena.

TICKETMASTER

If you have purchased game tickets online or via the ticket hotline via Ticketmaster, you will receive a full and automatic refund. Please note you do not need to contact Ticketmaster or the Clan Office for a refund, this will be done automatically.

BRAEHEAD ARENA BOX OFFICE

For fans who purchased their tickets by card via the Braehead Arena box office, you will also receive a full and automatic refund. Please note you do not need to contact Ticketmaster or the Clan Office for a refund, this will be done automatically.

If you purchased your tickets by cash via the Braehead Arena box office, you will need to attend the box office in person for a full cash refund. The Braehead Arena box office is open Thursday 12 noon to 9pm, Friday 12 noon to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.

Please note the Clan Office will not be dealing with any game ticket refunds, so we kindly encourage you not to contact the Clan office at this time. If you have made a group booking for any of 3 remaining home games, we will be in contact shortly to organise a refund.

2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

We will be making a further statement regarding 2019/20 season tickets and 4 outstanding homes games very soon. Please bear with us over the coming days, we are sure that everyone will empathise with the unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in.
