NEWS: One more jets in for Clan

Aspray Glasgow West sponsored Glasgow Clan are almost complete following the arrival of forward Rodney Southam earlier today.

Southam is the 15th player for 2021/22 to arrive this week as Malcolm Cameron’s team nears completion ahead of the new season, which starts in a couple of weeks time.

And Southam can’t wait to meet up with the rest of the players and get to know his new team-mates.

“It’s a great feeling to be in Scotland at last and I can’t tell you how much I’ve looked forward to this,” he said.

“Seeing all the guys being signed earlier in the summer really gave me an excited feeling and now that I’m finally here, I can’t wait to link with them.

“We’ve had online chats and got to know each other a little, but it’ll be good to get together and work with them in the new season.”

Nolan LaPorte will be the final player to arrive and is scheduled to do so within the next few days.
