As part of our Erskine centenary celebrations, we’re delighted to confirm that Gary: Tank Commander (aka Greg McHugh) will be performing the puck drop at THIS FRIDAY’s game v the Sheffield Steelers (7:30pm face-off).
The BAFTA award-winning Scottish sitcom star will be in attendance with his very own Clan camoflague jersey ahead of the BIG game against last season’s EIHL champions.
Greg is excited and looking forward to joining the Purple Army as the Tank Commander: “I’ve heard the Purple Army are loud and proud and lead their team off the ice.
“I can’t wait to experience the atmosphere at Braehead Arena and hopefully join the Purple Army in defeating the Sheffield Steelers on and off the ice!”
