We are delighted to confirm that former defenceman Jamie Fritsch, representing the 2015/16 season, has today been added to the Paisley 2021 Wall of Fame.
The American who joined the Clan from Milano Rossoblu in 2014, didn’t miss an EIHL game in his two season’s with the club and on occasions captained the team in Matt Keith’s absence.
Clan Hockey & Operations Director Gareth Chalmers commented: “The 2015/16 selection was a difficult one, as there were other notable candidates such as Stefan Meyer, Ben Davies and Chris Holt.
“We decided to go for Jamie as like the others, he is highly regarded within the organisation. He was Mr dependable, highly professional on and off the ice and a credit to the organisation in his two years with us.”
Jamie will be in attendance at THIS WEDNESDAY’s game v the Cardiff Devils at Braehead Arena (7:30pm face-off), where he will be introduced on the ice at the start of the game.
Jamie will also be available in the foyer following the game for autographs.
