This season we have worked incredibly hard to keep up to date with Scottish Government guidelines and bring ice hockey back to Braehead Arena after almost two years without. We want to create a safe environment for all of the Purple Army and the following measures are in place to assist with this.

We have been following guidelines set out by the Scottish Government for face coverings and have encouraged fans to wear masks at all times, except while eating and drinking.

From THIS SUNDAY’s (19th December) home game vs Cardiff, a face covering must be worn at all times (even when seated now), unless while eating & drinking or if you’re medically exempt. If you are medically exempt, please ensure you have the relevant proof or documentation at hand as you maybe asked to provide evidence.

We are implementing this change in order to ensure maximum safety for the Purple Army and visiting supporters.

We have been incredibly grateful for the support shown and we hope that fans understand the need for these changes, we want hockey to continue at Braehead – play your part and wear a mask.
