Clan fans Fran Donnelly and Jackie Bannister are going to ‘Brave the Shave‘ for Pancreatic Cancer Scotland at the game THIS SATURDAY!
Following the game and shortly before the auction, Jackie and Fran will take to the away penalty bench and have their hair shaved off, all in aid of PCS.
If you would like to be involved, simply head over to the usual auction seats at K & L and buckets will be provided for donations by the Clan Promo Crew.
The pair had originally decided to raise money following Fran’s father’s own diagnosis with Cancer.
After hearing about the sad news about Andy Bonar, who they regarded as a good friend, they decided they wanted to give something back not only to their blood family but also to the hockey family – a support system they say is just as strong.
Due to this, they have decided to send the donations to Clan’s charity partner Pancreatic Cancer Scotland.
It’s World Pancreatic Cancer day today, so there’s no better time to be involved with such a fabulous cause.
Thank you to Lesley Balmer at sponsors Custom Sport Stitch who provided Fran and Jackie with personalised t-shirts.
