Another returnee from last season, Waltz did well after signing from Fife Flyers at the end of January, making 17 appearances.
The 27-year-old arrived in Kirkcaldy and in the Premier Sports League following a brief spell with the Cincinnati Cyclones and prior to that, in France with Strasbourg.
